Amidei Nursing Registry in Crystal Lake, Illinois ensures that our caregivers provide quality in home care. We develop a comprehensive and personal care plan based on each patient's needs. Care givers are assigned that match those requirements.
A registered nurse (RN) will assess the needs of the patient in an initial evaluation. There is a $100 fee for the initial evaluation. The RN will then re-evaluate the patient each month, which is included free of charge. Any additional follow-up visits are $55 each. Certified nurse aides are supervised every two weeks, for free, by an RN.
